Untitled Document It has been seven or eight years since RCYM has been on the Internet. It is great to be here and will continue to serve as a place for young Youth to be able to come and worship here. It is hard for one to come here when it is not Interfaith with other Beliefs. So in the next year it maybe change. We are searching for someone that will take over this site, so if you know someone or you would like to, please use our contact form.

All the information on this web site is Copyright © 1998,1999, 2000, 2001,  2002, and 2003  by RCYM.  The general principle of `fair use' applies, so you can read my pages, print or save a copy for yourself, cache them, search and index them, and link to any page, as long as it is still obvious that page is ours, on our own website, and not yours.

However, except where otherwise specified, you may not make copies for public redistribution, and you definitely are not allowed to take just the content of a page and claim it as your own. If you have questions, Please use the contact form on our site!

Most of the documentation and software have licenses that allow you to do more than this page permits, but this is on a case by case basis. If in doubt, email us and we will sort it out.

Copyright - Fair use

Wednesday, January 25th, 2006

Notwithstanding the provisions of sections 106 and 106A, the fair
use of a copyrighted work, including such use by reproduction in
copies or phonorecords or by any other means specified by that
section, for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting,
teaching (including multiple copies for classroom use), scholarship,
or research, is not an infringement of copyright. In determining
whether the use made of a work in any particular case is a fair use
the factors to be considered shall include -

(1)

the purpose and character of the use, including whether such use is
of a commercial nature or is for nonprofit educational purposes;

(2)

the nature of the copyrighted work;

(3)

the amount and substantiality of the portion used in relation to the
copyrighted work as a whole; and

(4)

the effect of the use upon the potential market for or value of the
copyrighted work.

The fact that a work is unpublished shall not itself bar a finding
of fair use if such finding is made upon consideration of all the
above factors
