Christian Witnessing

Christian Witnessing is something every believer should do! Christian Witnessing is very important, when you become a new believer. IT IS every believer’s responsibility. As a result of your praying, reading your Bible and fellowshipping that are all taken in, you’ll want to start giving it OUT. The way to do this is to witness. I know it might seem kind of strange to witness and to tell people all the wondrous things you are learning.Notice what Jesus said at Mark 16:15: “And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.” So we are to tell people about the glorious Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! We know that there are some groups that are share this “Good News,” but is it the Right One? No! As we are all aware, we live in a time when we have all these different religions that teach off the wall teachings (JW’s of Course are one of them!) and they are condemned. (Galatians 1:8, 9 )

Jesus at the end of his life here on earth said, “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.” I think that this Scripture is clear to the Christian understanding. You do not have to read between the lines of this text, as some do. One of my favorite Scripture is that of John 3:3-8 which says, ” Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother’s womb, and be born? Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.”

The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.” “Of course, they would have to be prepared ahead of time for this ministry. God therefore somehow touched the heart of Nicodemus, as he listened to John the Baptist, then later to Jesus, and as He saw the miracles which Jesus did. Eventually, he made his way into the presence of Jesus one night, where the Lord spoke to him of the necessity of being born again, even though he was already the greatest “teacher in Israel” (John 3:7, 10).”1

It should be understood that Christ is not a son of God in the sense that other men may be sons of God by a spiritual relationship to their heavenly Father. Men are not born as children of God; they become sons of God by being “born again,” through the Holy Spirit (John 1:12-13; 3:3-7).1

 What I Speak

What I talk about here comes from my heart, and I do care what happens to me. It means Salvation for you and me. I said once before “I don’t care what happens to me if I sin.” That is not the right attitude to have as a Christian. “For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith –and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God– not by works, so that no one will boast.” (Ephesians 2:8-9, NIV) This Scripture I finally understand after about 2 ½ years. The Lord has brought me to see the Scripture that I may understand them. But by no means, MY understand like the JW’s want to think.

For “you have been set free from sin and have become slaves to righteousness. 22-23 But now that you have been set free from sin and have become slaves to God, the benefit you reap leads to holiness, and the result is eternal life. For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” (Romans 6:18, 22-23, NIV) Yes, for we know that Christ Jesus Came into the World so we might be saved. It is very, very important that if we have that desire to serve that we should serve him.

A letter that I had written to the Youth Group at a Church I attend so time ago, explain that when we are worshipping God not to talk. The Church I attend was Sunland Foursquare Church. The letter was written like this ‘Dear Friend’s, Hi! My name is Steve Payne. I’m part of Sunland Foursquare Church, but my parents are not letting me attend the youth group. I’ m writing this letter to you because it is hard for me not to go. Take the chance that you get to worship the Lord our God. Listen to his Word. Take the advantage that you have! Don’t talk during worship and your Bible study! The reason why is say that is because the Lord will come again soon.’ We need to take as much food (The Word) we can, We don’t know when he is coming back. Please listen for the Scriptures say, “And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works: Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.” (Hebrews 10:24, 25, KJV)
